A special type of photographic lens/filter that provides a deep focus for background objects, while keeping certain areas of the foreground in sharp focus. The lens doesn't discrimate against camera/object distance. All subjects are welcome.

 

A story is only as interesting as the perspectives that it offers. A villian always thinks he's the hero. Likewise, the most interesting heros will always have a dark side. The split diopter is a way to provision and share all points of view.

 

We like to think of the split diopter as an invitation to solicit our empathy; something that can show us the world from multiple perspectives and, ultimately, encourage us to consider people, places and ideas that we might ordinarily have missed.
